Ignite Recruitment is based on three principles:

Focus:  Ensure that every meeting has some component relating to membership.  It may be a Rotary moment from a club member, a membership minute from Rotary International, an induction of a new member or a report from the membership committee.

Commitment:  Invite members of your club to obtain an Ignite pin by making a personal commitment to bringing in a new member during the current Rotary year

Involvement:  Every member of your club may not bring in a new member but every member has a job on the membership committee.  They might be a mentor, a host, a greeter, a record keeper.  Ensure that everyone has a job and everyone understands what their job is and how it relates to the success of the club.

Metrics:  Measure and report progress toward goals to the District and to the club.
