Rotary's Young Professionals Campaign is a unique opportunity for our organization to develop innovative strategies to attract and engage young professionals and to equip and empower Rotary clubs to put those strategies into action. Through research, social media outreach, and the test of new creative concepts, Rotary is learning more about how young professionals view Rotary, why they volunteer, and how they make meaningful connections with other leaders. This campaign was made possible by a generous donation from a Major Donor. Dear District 5240:

You know how important young professionals are to the future of Rotary. As Rotaractors and Rotarians, they are already leading your clubs and taking action in your communities. But you know there's even more that your district can do. And we want to give you up to $15,000 to make it happen!

Rotary's Young Professionals Campaign is excited to announce two grant funding opportunities to bridge the generation gap and engage young professionals in new ways:
  1. Renew Rotary Hold a Young Professionals summit in your town, across several communities, or district-wide for young leaders who already know Rotary.
  2. Discover Rotary Hold a Young Professionals summit in your town, across several communities, or district-wide for young leaders who aren't familiar with Rotary.
To maximize impact, you can apply as a:
  • single Rotary club
  • collaboration of clubs (up to five Rotary clubs)
  • district (six or more Rotary clubs)
  • collaboration of districts
In early January, district and club leaders will receive an email with an application link from Rotary's Young Professionals Campaign team. In the meantime, you can start working with clubs to identify highly engaged younger Rotarians and Rotaractors in your clubs/districts–a diverse planning group is key to the success of these events.

Note: This funding opportunity is open only to clubs and districts in the United States.
