Work with meeting venue to select lunch menus, ensure accurate weekly count of meals, monitor price and quality of meals, and ensure timely invoicing for meals. Be the primary contact with the facility (typically, Madonna Inn) regarding: (1) scheduling meetings (noon, evening, or dark), (2) selecting menu, (3) advising facility on guaranteed number of meals (may be changed at least 7 days prior to meeting), (4) reviewing contract and forwarding to the Club President for signature, and (5) addressing suggestions and complaints with facility staff.
