Membership Services

The Membership committee is responsible for new member recruitment, nurturing, induction and education. First and foremost, the committee is looking for new member in the community and finding ways to encourage them to check out our club. The committee members then help to ensure that attendees feel welcome and included in initial meetings. From there we have a process of application, information meeting and induction planning. Once inducted, the mentorship and badge volunteers kick in to ensure they feel educated, empowered and included in the club.
