RYLA

The RYLA Committee is responsible for organizing and supporting the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), a program designed to develop leadership skills in young people. The committee works to identify and recruit outstanding high school students to participate in this immersive leadership experience. Committee responsibilities include promoting RYLA within the community and schools, selecting candidates through an application and interview process, coordinating logistics for attendance, and ensuring participants gain valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical leadership.
