The Rotary Foundation requires a formal document retention system for grants that include funds from the foundation.

District 5240 has elected to provide an online document retention system to enable the clubs in the district to meet their document retention requirements.  For grants, the document retention system is being provided at no cost to the clubs.

A pilot program is currently in place and is being tested.  The policies, procedures and user manuals will be made available in the near future.  Training via the web will also be provided to interested Rotarians.

The presentation made at the District Assembly is available from the download list on the left.

Also available is the summary of MOU and club qualifications and the district grants that have been approved for Rotary Year 2013-2014.

The District grants team values you feedback and suggestions.

If you have questions about the information in the document retention system regarding your club please contact DGSC Dan Giordano (dgiordano@bak.rr.com)

Questions about the use of the document retentions system should be directed to Nick Frankle (nfrankle@earthink.net )
