What Happens After I Register?
After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Then, about a week before the conference, you will receive an email with instructions how to access the conference sessions and events using Whova, a virtual conference platform. No special equipment is needed and you will be able to access sessions from a computer, tablet, or smart phone.

Reserve a Virtual “Booth” at the Project Expo:
Through Whova, clubs and organizations will be able to host virtual project or vendor booths where attendees can access information and where you can organize a live session with attendees. Advertise your club projects, grant opportunities, fundraisers, and other cool stuff. Virtual booths are free to Rotary clubs, organizations affiliated with Rotary, and vendors of Rotary merchandise. If you are interested, please contact Berni Ann Lewis at

Be a Part of the Conference with a Short Video!
We want to hear what Rotary means to you, and we will be compiling your responses into a cool video that will be shown at the conference. All you need to do is shoot a short video of yourself responding to the following question: “To me, Rotary is ____________________.”
Your response should be a max of five words long. And be sure to hold your smart phone in landscape mode (sideways). Email your videos to Ron Regier at

Can I Invite Friends and Guests?
Yes, and we hope you do! This conference has something for everyone. Just share the information and registration link with them and have them register. Remember, youth under age 18 are free so bring your kids.
