Our club’s “Wayout Inductions” have become a beloved tradition thanks to our ever‑creative Membership Chair, Temo Lopez, who refuses to welcome new members in anything resembling ordinary attire. Instead, he bursts into each ceremony fully costumed—one month as Santa, the next as a towering dinosaur, then a brass‑goggled steampunk adventurer, and even a gallant knight in shining armor. His playful spirit sets the tone for every induction, reminding us that Rotary is about service, yes, but also about joy, camaraderie, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
