Just short of 3 months into our 2022-23 Rotary year and we welcomed four new members into our family. Each new member is invited to attend a casual evening Orientation, where new members get to socialize with veteran Rotarians and learn more about Rotary while sipping wine and enjoying some snacks before their formal induction at a Rotary meeting.

Our new members include:
Tony Freeman who hails from England and works for NASA at JPL. Tony told us he is enjoying Cambria and looks forward to serving and working with fellow Rotarians.

Luanne Kittle, an educator and former owner of Rhoades School in Encinitas, considers membership in Rotary as “Service with a smile”. Luanne received aa Rotary Service Awards as a high school senior.

Jonathan Mumper who, along with his wife (who joined our club last year) own the Cambria Business Center and are financial advisors at Edward Jones. Jonathan believes “the purpose of life is to promote love, goodness and kindness” and wanted to join Rotary to be part of what makes Cambria the wonderful place it is.

Peter Steiniger, born and raised in Zimbabwe, retired to Cambria with his wife and is enjoying life on the Central Coast. He is proud to be able to contribute to “this amazing organization” and looks forward to volunteering in many ways.
