In April of 2025, a member from the Rotary Club of Ventura East joined Ventura Rotaract's International Project, "Vietnam School Build". The project consisted of fundraising a total of $15,000 for the Rotaract club and showing up on site for a couple days to meet, build, and officially open a school in the Ha Giang province. The school is for students aged 1-4 and provides the local village and community with a suitable and modern facility for housing the teachers, rooms for the students, and clean cooking facility to cook and serve meals to the students.
