Arroyo Grande Rotary Club is Conducting a Charity Raffle - Win a 2019 Ford Escape SUV!
 “Keys for a Cause” Raffle Drawing on August 25, 2019 at the Grover Beach Stone Soup Music Festival
Raffle Partners include Mullahey Ford of AG and Various Regional Non-Profit Organizations

The Rotary Club of Arroyo Grande and Mullahey Ford in Arroyo Grande are partnering in a charity raffle which offers the grand prize of a 2019 Ruby Red Ford Escape SUV!  This is the second year of this partnership which was very successful in 2018.  The grand prize includes CA sales tax and vehicle registration fees.  Net proceeds will fund several local Rotary programs and scholarships as well as several local non-profit organizations.  

Tickets are only $20 with a maximum of 3000 tickets to be sold,   Rules and ticket purchase options can be found on the Club’s website: www.agrotaryraffle.org  Tickets can also be purchased at Mullahey Ford, Burdine Printing, David Tennant Insurance Agency and Wolf Chiropractic in Arroyo Grande.  Club members will be selling tickets and displaying the SUV at various community events including the AG Village Summer Concert Series shows and the Stone Soup Music Festival.  The car will be on display in the Mullahey Ford showroom whenever it is not being displayed at a community event.  

The Grand Prize drawing entitled Keys for a Cause will be at two o’clock, Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the Stone Soup Music Festival and Street Fair in Grover Beach.  The drawing will be on the main stage during an intermission between heading acts.  Stone Soup attendees who have their raffle ticket stubs in hand that day will also have the chance to win auxiliary prizes which will include gift certificates for merchandise from vendors participating at the Festival.  Be present to see the lucky ticket that gets to drive home the new Ford Escape!

The 2018 Ford Mustang raffle was won by Bruce McAbee from Clovis who purchased his ticket at one of the AG Village Summer Concert Series shows.  The 2018 event netted over $12,000!  The 2018 and 2019 proceeds go to Rotary Charities which include funding for local youth programs and educational support programs such as college scholarships for local high school students.  Also benefitting are high school robotics programs, arts programs at the Clark Center, student backpacks and Camp Arroyo Grande youth programs.  A portion of the proceeds also help support the Club’s annual Rotary Relays for middle school athletes.  2019 Partners and supporting non-profit organizations are the Food Bank, Boys & Girls Clubs of South SLO County, AmpSurf and Restorative Partners.
