Financial Oversight Committee

1. The District Financial Oversight Committee shall consist of three (3) qualified members. 2. Each successive DGN shall appoint a qualified member to serve for a maximum term of three (3) years. The DG shall select in-term replacement members. No Committee member shall be appointed to successive terms. 3. The Financial Oversight Committee shall formulate and carry out a plan to conduct a review of the books of the District as required by Section 8, paragraph 1.b. (1) of this Policy Manual.
